This is a delicious soup for the whole family. Everyone, without exception, will love it! Just try it!

  • Red enchilada sauce
    1 cam
  • Small onion, chopped
    1 pcs.
  • Zucchini, chopped
    1 pcs.
  • Green chilies
    1 can
  • Garlic, minced
    4 cloves
  • Chicken broth
    4 cups
  • Sweet corn
    1 can
  • Cumin
    1 tsp.
  • Chili powder
    1 tsp.
  • Salt
    1 tsp.
  • Freshly ground black pepper
    tsp.
  • Bay leaves
    3 pcs.
  • Cilantro, chopped
    4 tbsp.
  • Fresh lime juice
    4 tbsp.
  • Sour cream
    4 tbsp.
  • Cheese, shredded
    4 tbsp.
  • Corn chips, crushed
    4 tbsp.
  • Avocado
    4 slices

Method

  • While rotisserie chicken is still warm, pick all meat of the bones. Fill a pot with cold water and place chicken meat there . Discard bones. Place all ingredients in the same pot as the chicken. Turn heat to high.

  • As soon as the soup begins to boil, turn to medium-low heat and continue to cook, about 30 minutes. Serve soup with chopped cilantro, fresh lime juice, sour cream, cheese, avocado and corn chips.
