Before chopping, wash the carrots and celery. Start by peeling the onion skin, and then proceed with cutting the ingredients. Then, peel the garlic skin and mince the cloves very well.
On a cutting board, place the turkey fillet and start gently cutting it into long, medium pieces. If desired, you can cut the meat into cubes.
In a large pot, add the chopped onion, minced garlic cloves, carrots, and celery. Do not forget to add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the pot. Mix everything gently together and cook for no more than 15 minutes, until the onion reaches a golden color.
When the ingredients are sautéed, pour turkey broth and cut turkey fillet over them, and bring the broth to a boil. Let the broth simmer for around 10 minutes, then add the pasta and cook for another 10 minutes, until the meat becomes soft.
Season the soup with any seasoning of your choice and serve the dish!
