  • Ground turkey meat
    16 oz.
  • Carrots

  • Before cutting the needed vegetables, wash them thoroughly under lukewarm water. Place them on a cutting board and start by chopping the onion into small pieces. Then, cut the carrots and celery into small cubes. When the vegetables are chopped, take the garlic cloves, remove their skin, and mince them well.

  • In a large pot, pour 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil. Transfer the turkey minced meat to the pot and season with salt and a pinch of black pepper. Start cooking the meat until it reaches a brown color. Then, add the chopped onion, carrots, celery, and garlic, and sauté the ingredients together with the meat. Cook until the onion reaches a golden color and the carrots become soft.

  • Pour the turkey broth into the pot with the cooked meat and sautéed vegetables and add the diced tomatoes, salt, and black pepper. Bring the soup to a boil and cook for 15–20 minutes until all the ingredients are cooked. When done, remove the pot from the heat and serve the dish. Enjoy!


  • Serve the soup with crackers, crusty bread, or a baguette. This will make the dish more delicious.
