Cut watermelon pulp into cubes.
Peel cucumber, remove seeds, cut into small pieces. The same do with tomatoes.
Rinse celery and herbs (you can choose any herbs: parsley, basil, mint). Put all ingredients to a blender jar. Grind until smooth. Then add vinegar, salt and your favorite spices. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Garnish with herbs, ice cubes and lime wedges before serving.
