Easy to cook, recipe in 3 steps! Potato and onion are perfect match for yummy soup!

Ingredients

  • Spring onions, trimmed and sliced
    2 bunches
  • Butter
    for frying
  • Floury potatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 tsp.
  • Vegetable stock
    54 fl. oz
  • Double cream
    3,2 fl. oz

Method

  • Put a piece of butter on a preheated frying pan and add onion to it.

  • Cook until the onion softens, and then add potatoes to it, season well, then add the stock and bring to a simmer.

  • When the potatoes become soft, use a blender and turn everything into a homogeneous mass.

  • The final touch is the addition of cream, and now our soup can be served . The dish on top can be decorated with finely chopped onions. Bon Appetit!
