Do you want something spicy? This soup will definitely excite your taste buds. So yummy and easy to prepare tomato soup.

Ingredients

  • Chopped tomatoes
    1 cups
  • Tomato purée
    2 tbsp
  • Garlic
    3 cloves
  • Ginger, peeled and sliced
    to taste
  • Vegetable, cooled
    600 ml.
  • Chipotle paste
    to taste
  • Coriander, chopped
    a small bunch
  • Green pepper
    1 pc.
  • Green chillli, chopped
    1 pc.
  • Basmati rice
    tbsp.
  • Natural yogurt
    4 tbsp.

Method

  • Place the tomatoes, tomato puree, garlic and ginger in a blender and beat until smooth. 

  • Put the saucepan on the fire. Pour the whipped mixture into it and add chipotle, coriander, green pepper, chili and seasoning. After boiling, leave the soup over medium heat for another 10 minutes, then add rice, it should be cooked for 10-15 minutes, that is, until the rice becomes soft. 

  •  Now our dish is ready! Serve the soup in bowls with a spoonful of yogurt
