Italian version of warm tomato soup with fresh tomatoes. This dish is made of tomatoes and chicken broth (canned). Very easy and fast!
Serve with basil and grated cheese.

  • Chicken broth
    20 tbsp.
  • Pasta
    cup
  • Tomato paste
    3 tbsp.
  • Garlic
    2 clove
  • Onions
    pcs.
  • Vegetable oil
    to taste

Method

  • Peel onions and garlic, finely cut them.

  • Heat a heavy-bottomed pot, pour vegetable oil and add chopped ingredients. Then add chicken broth and pasta. Cook for 7 minutes.

  • Rinse vegetables, finely cut them. Add to the pot along with tomato paste. Cook again for 7 minutes. Season to your taste.

Tip

  • How to cook chicken broth? Cut the chicken into pieces. Fill a pot with water (about half of the pot so that the water completely covers the meat). Bring to a boil. Put chicken only in boiling water. In this case, the broth will be transparent. Cook over low heat until tender (30-60 minutes). Season with spices (bay leaf, peppercorns). Add hot water during the cooking.
